  WARNING! The administrative staff and nurses are unbelievably rude and NOTORIOUS for calling on the DAY OF the appointment DEMANDING that we take an earlier appointment otherwise they will cancel it. Today was the third appointment with these people, and AS EXPECTED they called and with a disgusted tone declared that the appointment had been moved up AGAIN. When I told her that I work an hour away from their offices and must keep to the appointment time I scheduled OVER A MONTH AGO, she RUDELY guffed and said that’s too bad, the appointment has been moved and I will either accept the change or cancel. I told her that the last time I was in I CONFIRMED my appointment time and stressed how vital it was that the time not be changed. She sarcastically LAUGHED (can you believe it?!) and said that doesn’t matter. I said I want to speak to the Administrator for the office and she REFUSED and said she would pass the message along. Then laughed AGAIN and hung up. We will NEVER use this place ever again, and I only hope I can warn everyone else against it. Scheduling is abhorrent ay best. They overbooked so badly the last few times that there wasn't even a chair available to sit on at the last visit. We will be finding another place for treatment from this point forward.

  my name is steve bollhoefer i have been seeing pain relief center for about 2 yrs they are really caring and concerned to help your pain ,going to see them tamarrow morning in huntington there fair about a lot ,but they dont understand when you dont have the gas to go to one of there appointments they keep penalizing me for it lower my meds take me off meds ,dr hendrix is a very good doctor ,but i think i will be in a lot of pain after tamarrow for missing appts ,sometimes i dont got the gas ,i hope they give me my meds that work tamarrow with four percacet 10 mg a day i can function ,and for the long acting meds 12hr ones i hope they understand and give me somthing different they never would change the morphine to somthing different ,they gave me urine tests to see if it was in my system ,i tossed them in the trash every month because i didnt see were they helped so they wasnt in my system ,got penalized for it i hope they give me the dose which helps and somthing diferent for 12 hr ,will ost outcome tamarrow a few querks but overall a very caring group ,thankyou steve bollhoefer
