  Called the office number and selected to talk to the nurse and was put into a loop 3 times until I was finally able to get a "live" person. Then after listening to the instructions for what to leave on the nurse voicemail (which asked for about 5 things) I started to leave my message and the recording cut off before I could finish. I called back and left a second message. Two days later, no callback. Third day I called the office to see why no response and was put on hold for 28 minutes before I finally hung up.

  Horrible doctor! She can't even read a simple iron panel. Being a former MT, I can. She got so anxious to get home, she told me to interpret my own labs and get back to her. Nope! I don't work for you, you work for me! And by the way, I'm nasally because I'm from NW Indiana. We're all nasally there. It's regional speech, stemming from the Southside of Chicago, idiot. I wish I still lived in NW Indiana, because the doctors here are awful! I have no idea how they graduated med school.idiot. I never had problems with doctors at home. They knew what they were doing, and knew how to read labs.

  I work for a local hospital and needed to get clarification on a patient's order. I tried and tried to get ahold of someone. The phone answering system says to be connected to an operator, press * , but instead of being transferred, I was sent back into the same loop of leaving a message. My patient then told me she had the same problem when trying to reach someone there. She was also told that if she called on a certain day, that that particular operator would not answer the phone! Seriously!!! So I am forced to delay her testing because there is no possible way to reach the office. I even emailed them, and that message was returned!! VERY POOR PHONE/OPERATOR SERVICE FRUSTRATED!!!!
