- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Arrived 15 minutes late to appointment, only one other patient there, spent another 15 in line waiting to be seen by front desk as the person at front desk was preoccupied with solicitors. A group of 4 drug reps inquired if she (Claudia) had time to see them which she said yes. Then when it was finally time to check my daughter in for foot injury we were too late and would have to reschedule. So the drug reps that brought goodies and candy took priority over my daughter who is injured over being a few minutes late. I am willing to admit we were 15 min late but to hear she's available for them and not a patient is unacceptable. I was directed to office manager who went to voicemail and has not returned call. I have an appointment for infant tomorrow the timer will start at 2:15 lately the wait has been 40 min + which is what makes this even more ridiculous that she did not see my child.
